1. Scope of Services

BrandPlanBiz provides micro-consulting in brand planning and creative positioning. The offerings are divided into:

2. Micro-Consulting Services

These are personalized sessions, including strategic review, brand messaging workshops, and creative brief development. Sessions are scheduled upon confirmation and subject to availability.

2.1 Scheduling and Changes

Clients may request to reschedule at least 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and may incur an administrative charge.

2.2 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable due to resource commitment and planning requirements. Requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued via the original payment method.

3. Information Products

These include digital guides, templates, and prerecorded workshops delivered via download.

3.1 Access and Delivery

Upon purchase, clients receive immediate access to downloadable materials.

3.2 Refund Terms

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no files have been downloaded. Requests made after any access or download are not eligible. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment source.

4. Physical Goods

Branded workbooks and print materials are shipped to the clients address.

4.1 Returns and Exchanges

Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. The client covers return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. Exchanges for damaged items are provided at no extra charge.

4.2 Refund Processing

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. Clients will receive an email notification upon completion.
